Joe (Takagi) is contacted by a former rival negotiator, Felicity Shagwell, about a quick job to locate a local underground band’s show going on tonight where there will be a policorp raid. Before the raid, a mid-level politician’s daughter must be extracted so as to not get caught up in raid and arrested. With minimum effort, they located the concert and attracted the young lady to the stage as being a ‘fake’ contest winner. The stole an equipment van and left the premise as the raid began.
